The second day of the Corporate Banking Congress at the WSE is taking place today.
Yesterday, Anna Katarzyna Nietyksza participated in a panel dedicated to discussing the digitization of corporate processes in banking. The moderator of the discussion was Paweł Jakubik, Board Member, Microsoft Poland. Key issues that were raised during the discussion included the challenges of corporate banking in the face of the crisis, variables in corporate banking, its digitization, customer experience – typical problems and solutions, and electronic identification and increasing AML/KYC trust.
In addition, an important topic of discussion was increasing the efficiency of communication with corporate customers, including customer onboarding, 360-degree corporate customer assessment, as well as the utomization of processes, such as bank lending, negotiation of terms and conditions, Account Planning.
